Chad Massey is married to Karey Massey, who is a kindergarten teacher at Brock Elementary School.  They have two children, Madison who is a graduate of Brock High School and Cooper who is a Junior at Brock High School.  Coach Massey is a graduate of Texas Tech University and obtained his masters degree from Tarleton State University.  He began his coaching career in 1998 at Weatherford High School before taking over as Head Baseball Coach at Brock High School in 2002.  In 2006 he lead the Brock Eagles baseball team to their 1st State Championship, while also beginning to serve as the Brock Junior High Principal.  In 2015 Coach Massey was promoted to Athletic Director and eventually Director of Athletics and Student Services in 2022.  Coach Massey has overseen eight state championships and 27 state appearances in his tenure as Athletic Director, while being a part of five Lone Star Cup Championships.
